My Standards for Bundle Bash
I don’t host "freebie soup" events. I host high-impact collaborations that move the needle for your business and provide value to the people signing up. To keep the quality high for everyone involved, I have a few non-negotiables.
🏷️High-Value Contributions
Except for very rare cases, your product must have a proven value of $47 or higher. If it feels like a "throwaway" lead magnet (your lead magnet should ALWAYS be valued), it’s not a fit for Bundle Bash. Your contribution should be something your ideal client would normally be excited to pay for. Even better if you are already charging for it.
🔄The 6-Month "Freshness" Rule
You know you're tired of seeing the same recycled offers in every single bundle. To keep my events high-converting and exciting for the audience, your submission cannot have been part of another event in the last 6 months. It also cannot be submitted to any other event that launches within 4 weeks after mine. I want to offer something fresh, not a regurgitation of the last five things they saw in their inbox. It also can't be something you give away on your site or elsewhere.
🔓Zero-Friction Access
The goal is to grow your list and help the user. You can require an email address for the opt-in, but you cannot require a credit card or any payment information for a user to claim your product. Best option for most sign-ups is a landing page with name/email only. But, we know your fabulous course might need a coupon for access. Just make sure it will let
📣Total Promotional Commitment
When you join a Bundle Bash event, I expect you to be all in. Create it as if it's your event...because it is!
Solo Emails: Most of my events require two solo emails. A "solo" means 100% of that email is about this event. No "P.S." mentions of your own coaching or other affiliate links.
Exclusivity: During the promo period, I expect you to exclusively promote this event. Splitting your audience's attention between three different bundles in the same week hurts your results and mine. It confuses your list.
How You & I Collaborate
I’ve streamlined my process so you can focus on your expertise while I handle the logistics.
Step 1: Interest & Selection Browse the open events below and submit your interest form. I (Val) review every submission to ensure the offers are fresh and a perfect match for the audience. I love hosting boutique events, so I'm not about grabbing every submission.
Step 2: The Partner Toolkit If it’s a fit, I provide a dashboard with high-converting swipe copy and custom graphics. No guessing, you’ll have everything you need to promote. Although I do ALWAYS suggest you run the swipes through your fav AI to get your voice...it's just so damn easy lol
Step 3: Growth & Delivery During the promo period, we all share the event. Attendees sign up and opt-in directly to your list to claim your gift. You grow your authority and your list at the same time.
